DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6972 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunn. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RE-1 Recreational and RH-3 Rural Homes and RH-4 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6972 Part of the NE 'A of Section 5, Town of Dunn described as follows: TO RH-3: Beginning at the North quarter corner of said Section 5; thence N 89° 19' 00"East along the North line of said Section 5; 383.02 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of Waucheeta Trail; thence S 05° 36' 48"East along said right-of-way line, 329.56 feet to a point of curvature; thence around a curve to the right having a central angle of 49° 00' 00" an arc distance of 694.18 feet, a radius of 811.70 feet, and a chord bearing S 18° 53' 12" West, 673.21 feet; thence continuing along said right-of-way S 43° 23' 12" West, 275.20 feet to a point of curvature; thence around a curve to the left having a central angle of 05°47' 46", an arc distance of 77.85 feet, a radius of 769.60 feet, and a chord bearing S 40° 29' 19" West, 77.82 feet; thence N 52° 24' 34" West, 4.71 feet; thence North 02° 09' 52"East, 1217.56 feet to the point of beginning. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
