DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6973 <br /> \5.2 0 / . ending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the R-1A Residential and <br /> RH-1 and RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6973 <br /> A part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 33, Town of Black Earth, described as follows: <br /> TO R-1A: Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 33; thence N 89° 16' 24" <br /> East, 505.35 feet along the South line of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 33; thence <br /> North, 165.97 feet to a point in the centerline of Sutcliffe Road; thence Northwesterly, <br /> 507.43 feet, more or less, to a point on the West line of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence S 00° <br /> 35' 06" West, 155.89 feet along the West line of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> A part of the NW 1/4 SW '/a Section 33, Town of Black Earth, described as follows: <br /> pTO RH-1: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 33; thence N 89° 16' <br /> 24"East, 791.37 feet along the North line of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 to the point of beginning; <br /> qcti thence N 89° 16' 24"East, 537.83 feet along the North line of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence S <br /> 00° 36' 39" West, 266.45 feet along the East line of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence S 80° 00' <br /> 00" West, 442.03 feet; thence N 16° 30' 00" West, 350.82 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances.
