DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6973 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the R-1A Residential and RH-1 and RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6973 A part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 33, Town of Black Earth, described as follows: TO R-1A: Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 33; thence N 89° 16' 24" East, 505.35 feet along the South line of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 33; thence North, 165.97 feet to a point in the centerline of Sutcliffe Road; thence Northwesterly, 507.43 feet, more or less, to a point on the West line of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence S 00° 35' 06" West, 155.89 feet along the West line of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 to the point of beginning. A part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 33, Town of Black Earth, described as follows: TO RH-1: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 33; thence N 89° 16' 24"East, 791.37 feet along the North line of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 to the point of beginning; thence N 89° 16' 24"East, 537.83 feet along the North line of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence S 00° 36' 39" West, 266.45 feet along the East line of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence S 80° 00' 00" West, 442.03 feet; thence N 16° 30' 00" West, 350.82 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning.
