Pending further comments at the public hearing,this petition appears reasonably <br /> consistent with adopted plan policies. <br /> While these parcels appear technically consistent with the adopted plan in the Town of Black Earth,the <br /> RH-3 parcel does not front or abut a public road,but is proposed to be served by an easement through <br /> the RH-1 parcel. Since the RH-3 parcel is larger than 15 acres,the County Land Division Regulations <br /> do not apply. <br /> We note that the adopted plan policy also states: "(5)Land does not require the development of a <br /> public road." <br /> Comment: This proposal circumvents this requirement by proposing an easement instead of a public <br /> road. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> No objection to this petition. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> None <br /> OTHER <br />
