APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Motion by Salkin/Anderson to approve the minutes of the October 7, 1997 Zoning and Natural Resources <br /> Committee meeting;carried 7-0. <br /> M. PUBLIC COMMENT: <br /> None <br /> IV. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM PREVIOUS <br /> MEETINGS <br /> a.6974,Ripp,Town of Black Earth,7/22/97 <br /> Motion by Cornwell/Salkin to suspend the rules of the committee and allow for applicant's agent to <br /> speak;carried 7-0. <br /> Motion by Salkin/Hendrick to add a condition#6 to require County and Town review and approval of <br /> access/maintenance plan for joint driveway access; <br /> Motion by Salkin/Hendrick to approve with six conditions; <br /> 1.There will be a building setback on lot 1 which will exclude building on most of the agriculture land. <br /> 2.There will be a building setback on lot"A"which will exclude building on most of the agriculture <br /> land. <br /> 3.All of the lots will have one common access point from County Highway"KP". <br /> 4.Lot 3 which has 66 feet of frontage on County Highway"KP"will not be allowed to use that frontage <br /> for access but will be required to use common access area. <br /> 5.Access has been moved from original location east of Ripp Driveway to directly across"KP"from Ripp <br /> Driveway. <br /> 6.Require County and Town review and approval of access/maintenance plan for joint driveway access. <br /> Motion by Salkin/Hendrick to postpone with the understanding that the postment is for the purpose to <br /> allow the committee to review the access/maintenance agreement;carried 7-0. <br /> b. 6958,Johnson, Christiana,6/24/97 <br /> Motion by Salkin/Anderson to suspend the rules of the committee and allow for each side to speak for a <br /> total of five minutes;carried 7-0. <br /> Attorney Mark Hazelbaker,Robert Rudd and John Jenkins addressed the committee. <br /> Motion by Salkin/Kesterson to postpone to have the Town, Village, apllicant and Planning and <br /> Development staff work on covenants/restrictions for the subject property, to allow storm water drainage <br /> plans to be reviewed by the Land Conservation Department and to tenatively schedule the item for <br /> consideration by the committee on November 18, 1997;carried 7-0. <br /> c.CUP 1455/7029,Eastman,Town of Albion,9/23/97 <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Salkin to impose the following conditions: <br />
