• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6974 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-2 and RH-3 Rural <br /> Homes District's the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6974 <br /> A part of the NW'A SE 'A, the NE 'A SW 1/4, the SE 'A NW'A, the SE V4 SW 1/4, Section <br /> 36, Town of Black Earth described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 36; thence S 87° 10' <br /> 16"West, 1332.47 feet along the South line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 36; thence N <br /> 02° 38' 31" West, 2075.16 feet along the West line of the E 1/2 SW 1/4 to the point of <br /> beginning; thence S 76°48' 03"East, 540.96 feet; thence S 01° 03' 51"East, 678.06 feet; <br /> thence S 88°44' 33"East, 227.93 feet;thence N 57° 22' 27"East, 433.81 feet; thence N <br /> 48° 38' 32"East, 91.23 feet;thence N 57° 00' 23"East, 133.39 feet;thence N 61° 18' <br /> 00"East, 192.05 feet;thence N 45° 09' 22"East, 81.05 feet; thence N 28° 00' 00"East, <br /> 300.47 feet to a point in the centerline of CTH KP; thence Northwesterly, 1931.00 feet, <br /> more or less, along the centerline of CTH KP to a point on the West line of the SE 1/4 <br /> NW 1/4; thence Southerly along the West line of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and the NE 1/4 SW <br /> 1/4, 757.95 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4, the SW 1/4 SE 1/4, the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 and the NE 1/4 SW 1/4, <br /> including Lot#1, Section 36, Town of Black Earth described as follows: <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
