CALL TO ORDER <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairman Van Deurzen at 5:30 P.M in room 2D of the City-County building. <br /> IL APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Motion by Cornwell/Hendrick to amend the minutes of the January 6, 1998 Zoning and Natural <br /> Resources Committee meeting to read as follows relative to petition#6950;to approve the petition for <br /> eight residential lots and to include a delayed effective date which was not included on the original <br /> petition and to impose a deed restriction on the balance of the farm that there shall be no further division <br /> or residential development,except for the rezone area, on parcel numbers 0811-342-8001-1, 0811-341- <br /> 9000-1,0811-341-8500-8,0811-274-9000-1,0811-273-9500-9, and 0811-342-8460-6; carried 7-0. <br /> Motion by Kesterson/Cornwell to approve as amended; carried 7-0 <br /> III. PUBLIC COMMENT: <br /> None <br /> Motion by Anderson/Van Deurzen to postpone item VII. b. until February 3, 1998 Zoning and Natural <br /> Resources committee work session;carried 7-0. <br /> Chairman Van Deurzen indicated that item VIII a will not be considered at this meeting but will be discussed at <br /> the February 3, 1998 Zoning and Natural Resources committee work session. <br /> IV. REZONE AND CONDTITONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM PREVIOUS <br /> MEETINGS <br /> a.6325,Kahl,Town of Berry,July 11, 1995 <br /> Motion by Anderson/Hendrick to approve; carried 7-0. <br /> b.6903,Bunbury,Town of Westport,4/29/97 <br /> Motion by Hendrick/McCormick to postpone until such time that the Westport town plan amendment is <br /> approved by the county; carried 7-0 <br /> c. CUP 1446/6991,Voss,Town of Middleton,8/26/97 <br /> Motion by Salkin/Kesterson to impose the following conditions: <br /> 1.The recording of a declaration of use restrictions,with CSM,as specified by the Town of Middleton. <br /> Motion carried 7-0. <br /> Motion by Salkin/Kesterson to find that the standards of the zoning ordinance are met and to <br />
