Fee 14.00 <br /> husband and wife, (hereinafter referred to as "Owners") Pages 3 <br /> are the owners of a certain parcel of real estate described <br /> as follows: <br /> Lot Two(2), of Certified Survey Map <br /> No. 4544, recorded in the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds Office, in Volume 20 <br /> of Certified Survey Maps, pages 13 and <br /> 14. as Document No. 1861177, as THIS SPACE RESERVED FOR RECORDING DATA <br /> corrected by Affidavit of Correction, RETURN TO: Attorney John A.Heibl <br /> 900 John Nolen Drive <br /> recorded on April 28, 1986, as <br /> Madison.WI 53713 <br /> Document No. 1932190, in the Town of <br /> Middleton, Dane County, Wisconsin; <br /> and Tax Parcel No.: 19-0708-302-8500-4 <br /> WHEREAS,Owners wish to subdivide said parcel with a three(3) lot certified survey map, <br /> pursuant to applicable Town of Middleton and Dane County ordinances; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Town of Middleton and Dane County will approve the proposed three(3) lot <br /> certified survey map, conditioned upon the imposition of certain restrictions on the permitted use of <br /> property in the proposed certified survey map; and <br /> WHEREAS,Owners desire to place certain restrictions thereon, to bind the owners and those <br /> who may acquire title hereafter. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the Town of Middleton and Dane County <br /> conditionally approving their proposed three(3) lot certified survey map of the above-described real <br /> estate and the mutual benefits passing to and from the owners and those who may hereafter purchase <br /> said land and the parties named as beneficiaries of these Restrictions, Owners hereby agree that the <br /> following Restrictions are hereby imposed and the permitted use of property in the proposed certified <br /> survey map shall be limited as provided in this Declaration. <br /> 1. Permitted use of the Property. Notwithstanding the Al and A-2(2)-Agriculture zoning on <br /> the said property, Owners agree that no agricultural uses shall be permitted, including, but not limited <br /> to, any type of animal husbandry or the raising of field crops for feed, grain or commercial canning; <br /> except the raising of flowers, fruits, vegetables, trees and shrubs for use by the Owners or residents or <br /> for incidental sale shall be permitted.. The raising of domesticated pets shall be permitted, except there <br /> shall be no raising of any cattle,horses, swine or sheep as pets,nor any species of animal for purposes <br /> of selling meat, milk, fleece or breeding stock. <br /> 1 of:3 <br />
