DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6975 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-2, RH-3, and RH-4 <br /> Rural Homes District/s and the A-2(4) Agricultural District the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 6975/1442 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 and the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 22, the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 and <br /> the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Black Earth described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 23; thence S 00° <br /> 07' 20" West, 947.06 feet along the West line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 23 to the <br /> point of beginning; thence N 58° 30' 00"East 3.64 feet; thence S 58° 01' 50"East, <br /> 702.95 feet; thence S 44° 25' 13" West, 722.35 feet; thence N 84° 43' 36" West, 352.96 <br /> feet; thence N 72° 38' 23" West, 444.39 feet; thence N 59° 19' 11"East, 714.10 feet; <br /> thence N 53° 00' 00" West, 289.00 feet; thence N 58° 30' 00"East,349.99 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2(4): Beginning at the Northeast corner of County Certified Survey Map <br /> #6948, said point being located North 362.31 feet and West 124.67 feet of the Southeast <br /> corner of said Section 22; thence N 53° 30' 12" West, 391.69 feet; thence S 41° 30' 00" <br /> West, 44.94 feet; thence N 46° 00' 00" West, 455.49 feet; thence N 52° 56' 51"East, <br /> 148.88 feet; thence S 72° 38' 23"East, 444.39 feet; thence S 15° 17' 57"East, 490.20 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> ALSO: Lot#1, CSM 6948 as recorded in Volume 35, Page 3, Certified Survey Maps, <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
