REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM <br /> PREVIOUS MEETINGS <br /> a.6652/Dahl/Town of Cottage Grove,7/16/96 <br /> Motion by Hendrick/McCormick to approve with four conditions: <br /> 1.The average gross density in the proposed R-1 area of the plat shall not exceed one buildable lot per <br /> acre. <br /> 2.The uses in the proposed A-2 area of the plat will be limited by restrictive covenant to those uses <br /> permitted under the A-2 zoning classification for a period of two(2)years from the effective date of petition <br /> #6652.Use after that date shall depend upon the zoning classification then in effect. <br /> 3.Each lot shall show on the plat a buildable area of not more than 22,000 square feet. <br />
