• cre6y ■ • ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4112 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of DEERFIELD The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include' in the R-4 Residential + A-2 Agriculture District the following described land: Pet. #4112: Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 & NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Deerfield described as follows: TO R-4: Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section 36; thence Southerly, along the East line of said SE 1/4, also being the centerline of STH 134, 50 feet more or less; thence Westerly, 269.5 feet; thence Northerly, 50 feet more or less to the North line of said SE 1/4; thence Easterly, 269.5 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
