DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6976 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the A-1 EX Exclusive <br /> Agricultural District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6976 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 36, Town of Deerfield described as follows: Beginning <br /> at the Northwest corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence East on the North line of said <br /> 1/4 1/4, 1061 feet more or less to the West line of Dane County Certified Survey Map <br /> #5436; thence South along said West line, 57 feet more or less to the Southwest corner <br /> thereof, thence East along the South line of said Certified Survey, 269.4 feet to the <br /> Southeast corner thereof, thence Southerly along the East line of the aforesaid NE 1/4 <br /> SE 1/4, 440 feet more or less its intersection with the centerline of STH 134; thence <br /> Southwesterly along said centerline, 1603 feet more or less to the Southwest corner of the <br /> NE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence North along the West line of said 1/4 1/4, 1325 feet more or less to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> 5 ,\‘ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
