mitigate the 4 . 77 acres of wetland impacts at an offsite location at a minimum ratio of 1. 5: 1, with prior approval of the Corps. 6. The remaining 12 .82 acres of wetland impacts must be mitigated at the site known as the Dane County Wetland Mitigation Bank (see attached drawings 7 of 9 thru 9 of 9) at a 1. 5: 1 ratio for a total of 19 . 23 acres of compensation. 7. The Dane County Wetland Mitigation Bank must be constructed as a condition of this approval and will be approved separately from the construction of this airport runway project. A mitigation bank prospectus must be submitted to the Corps for review within 60 days from the signature date of both the District Engineer, or his representative, and a representative of the applicant. 8 . This permit does not authorize any injury to the property or rights of others. d. This permit does not authorize interference with any existing or proposed Federal project. 3 . Limits of Federal Liability. In issuing this permit, the Federal Government does not assume any liability for the following: a.
