DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6979 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vermont. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the A-2(1) Agricultural District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6979 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of the said Section 21; thence N 00° 03' 43" <br /> West 647.00 feet along the Section line, thence due East 190.28 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence along the centerline of CTH J on a curve to the left of radius 190.99 feet <br /> and long chord of S 82° 48' 31"East 182.91 feet; thence N 68° 34' 50"East along the <br /> centerline 161.70 feet; thence S 28° 49' 34"East along the centerline 163.07 feet; thence <br /> S 66° 00' West 170.69 feet; thence N 38° 38' West 50.00 feet; thence S 58° 24' 42"West <br /> 92.87 feet; thence N 24° 00' West 32.00 feet; thence S 72° 36' West 175.00 feet; thence <br /> N 09° 41' East 211.84 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERI'1r7HD SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
