DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6981 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the R-1 Residential and <br /> A-2(1) Agricultural Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6981 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 16, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: <br /> TO A-2(1): Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 16; thence N 03° 33' <br /> 07" West along the East line of the Northeast quarter of Section 16, 1041.23 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence continuing N 03° 33' 07" West along the East line of said <br /> Northeast quarter, 211.55 feet; thence S 86° 18' 48" West, 302.41 feet; thence S 03° 43' <br /> 25" East, 211.89 feet to the North right-of-way line of Squire Lane; thence N 86° 15' 00" <br /> East along said North right-of-way line, 301.78 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO R-1: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 16; thence N 03° 33' <br /> 07" West, along the East line of said Northeast quarter, 1041.23 feet; thence S 86° 15' <br /> 00" West along the North line extended and the North line of Squire Lane, 301.78 feet to <br /> the point of beginning; thence continuing along said North line S 86° 15' 00" West, 0.50 <br /> feet; thence N 03° 43' 25" West 211.86 feet; thence N 86° 18' 48" East 0.50 feet; thence <br /> S 03° 43' 25" East, 211.86 feet to the point of beginning. AND Lot #10, Hanson's Hill <br /> Plat, Section 16, Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey-,shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> f°\ P). / <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
