Density Study Summary for Rezone # 6984, Campnell <br /> August 1997 Public Hearing <br /> The land being considered for rezone was under the ownership of the <br /> Leslie Farrell estate at the time of A-1 Ex adoption by the town of Cross Plains <br /> (12/16/81). Total acreage under at that time consisted of 20 acres. No previous <br /> splits have taken place on this land since 12/16/81. <br /> At the time of A-1 Ex adoption, other land in the town of Cross Plains was <br /> under the ownership of Richard Farrell, John Farrell, Mike Farrell, and Edwin <br /> Farrell, which may or may not have been under the same ownership as the land <br /> in question in this rezone petition. If this is in fact the case, additional potential <br /> splits could possibly apply as well, as a result of additional acreage elsewhere in <br /> the township. Staff has contacted applicant with regard to this matter. While <br /> applicant was unable to provide a definitive answer, he has agreed to bring <br /> documentation to the public hearing to assist in answering this question. <br /> (please see maps on following page) <br />
