DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6984 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zbning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes and <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6984 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: All that part of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 16, Town of <br /> Cross Plains lying Westerly of the centerline of Observatory Road. <br /> TO RH-3: All that part of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 16, Town of <br /> Cross Plains lying Easterly of the centerline of Observatory Road. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
