DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6985 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Rutland. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6985 A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 25, Town of Rutland described as follows: Being the South 100.00 feet of Lot #2, Certified Survey Map #1888, said parcel located in the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 25, Town of Rutland described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 25, thence S 01° 23' 02"East, 1068.30 feet along the Easterly line of said Section 25 to the point of beginning; thence continuing along said Easterly line S 01° 23' 02"East, 100.00 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Lot#2 of Certified Survey Map #1888, thence S 88° 43' 49"West, 859.00 feet along the Southerly line of said Lot #2 to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot #2, thence N 01° 23' 02"West, 100.00 feet along the Westerly line of said Lot #2, thence N 88° 43' 49"East, 859.00 feet parallel to the Southerly line of said Lot #2 to the point of beginning.
