DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6988 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunn. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6988 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 27, Town of Dunn described as follows: Beginning at <br /> the North quarter corner of said Section 27, thence South, along the East line of said <br /> NE 1/4 NW 1/4; 511.00 feet to the Northeast corner of CSM 5448, thence West, along <br /> the North line of said Certified Survey Map #5448, 300.00 feet to the Northwest corner v <br /> of said CSM; thence North, 485.03 feet to the North line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4, thence <br /> East along said North line, 301.12 feet to the point of beginning AND Lot#1, CSM 5448; <br /> as recorded in Volume 24, Page 421 CSM's, Dane County Register of Deeds office. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> / .\\(\i„.\\ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
