DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6988 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunn. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6988 Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 27, Town of Dunn described as follows: Beginning at the North quarter corner of said Section 27, thence South, along the East line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4; 511.00 feet to the Northeast corner of CSM 5448, thence West, along the North line of said Certified Survey Map #5448, 300.00 feet to the Northwest corner v of said CSM; thence North, 485.03 feet to the North line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4, thence East along said North line, 301.12 feet to the point of beginning AND Lot#1, CSM 5448; as recorded in Volume 24, Page 421 CSM's, Dane County Register of Deeds office. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
