Operator shall require it's own trucks and it's leased <br /> trucks to be tarped after loading prior to leaving the quarry. <br /> 5. Reclamation Plan. The Town may review <br /> bond amount every five years. If, as a result of increases in the cost ho of labor and/or materials <br /> for general construction, the bond amount appears inadequate <br /> and maintain such increased bond in favor of the Town within 30 days after the Town's <br /> request to the operator. <br />
