PAUL FIRE & MARINE <br /> INSURANCE COMPANY, a Minnesota corporation, with principal <br /> offices at St. Paul, Minnesota, as Surety, are held and firmly <br /> bound unto the TOWN OF OREGON, Wisconsin, in the full and just <br /> sum of Twenty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($20, 000. 00) ,good and <br /> lawful money of the United States, for the payment of which sum <br /> well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, <br /> administrators, executors, successors and assigns, jointly and <br /> severally by these presents. <br /> WHEREAS, the TOWN OF OREGON, Wisconsin, requires a bond <br /> guaranteeing the repair of damage done to Union Road from Locust <br /> Road town road southerly to County Trunk "A" , in the TOWN OF <br /> OREGON, Wisconsin occurring as a result of the Principal's <br /> hauling and other quarry operations at the Anderson Quarry. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the condition of this obligation is such that if <br /> said Principal shall leave the above-described road in good <br /> condition, then this obligation shall be void; otherwise to <br /> remain in full force and effect. <br />
