DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6995 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6995 Part of the E 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: Beginning in Wilkinson Road 500 feet North of the East quarter corner of said Section 2; thence S 70° West 730 feet along the centerline of Wilkinson Road; thence North 750 feet; thence N 60°East 780 feet; thence South 900 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO: Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: Commencing at the center of Section 2; thence West 236 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 370 feet; thence East 236 feet; thence North 180 feet; thence N 60° West 600 feet to STH 78; thence S 40° West along Highway 78, 1000 feet to Wilkinson Road; 1020 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. 4144 v`� The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
