DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6995 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6995 <br /> Part of the E 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: <br /> Beginning in Wilkinson Road 500 feet North of the East quarter corner of said Section 2; <br /> thence S 70° West 730 feet along the centerline of Wilkinson Road; thence North 750 <br /> feet; thence N 60°East 780 feet; thence South 900 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> ALSO: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the center of Section 2; thence West 236 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence North 370 feet; thence East 236 feet; thence North 180 feet; thence N 60° West <br /> 600 feet to STH 78; thence S 40° West along Highway 78, 1000 feet to Wilkinson Road; <br /> 1020 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
