DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7000 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dane. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dane be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7000 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 and also part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 10, Town of Dane <br /> described as follows: Lot #1, Certified Survey Map #8491 and also a parcel of land <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section 10; thence S <br /> 01° 04' 39" West, 27.50 feet; thence S 89° 11' 48" West, 272.78 feet; thence N 01° 07' <br /> 51" East, 14.19 feet; thence N 89° 36' 05" West, 252.29 feet; thence S 01° 06' 44" <br /> West, 301.44 feet; thence S 89° 19' 14" West, 259.28 feet; thence N 01° 07' 51" East, <br /> 409.82 feet; thence S 89° 36' 05" East, 783.51 feet; thence S 00° 48' 16" West, 84.47 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
