DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7001 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7001 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 6, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: Part of <br /> Lot #2, Certified Survey Map #7405, recorded in Volume 38 of Certified Surveys, on <br /> Page 93, as located in part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Cross Plains <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the said Lot #2, thence N 77° <br /> 11' 08"East 62.25 feet; thence S 71° 51' East 384.51 feet; thence S 24° 15' East 253.41 <br /> feet; thence East 62.87 feet; thence S 00° 24' East 66.00 feet along the CTH KP right-of- <br /> way;thence West 526.88 feet;thence N 22° 05' 26"West 8.23 feet; thence N 18° 02' 56" <br /> East 150.00 feet; thence N 36° 15' 14"West 186.01 feet; thence North 102.77 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> qW. a(\ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
