Agreement <br /> The following a greement is made between the Madison Retriever Club and the Town of Dunkirk <br /> regarding the land owned by the Madison Retriever Club herein dii;cri5ed as part of the <br /> Nl/2NWI/4 of Section 29,TS,Rl.lE(Town of Dunkirk),more particularly described as <br /> follows: Conunencing at die Northeast corner of the NW1/4: thence West along the North line of <br /> said quarter section 1143.6 feet to the point of the beginning of this description; thence South <br /> 1313.27 feet more or lees to the intersection with the South line of the N 112NW I l4;thence West <br /> to the West line ofd quarter section;thence North to the Northwest corner of said quarter <br /> section and the centerline of Hauge Road; thence east along said centerline to the point of <br /> beginning of said parcel. <br /> 1.The subject parcel shall not be furl r subdivided as long as the parcel is zoned RE-1. <br /> 2.The subject land will be utilized as dog training grounds with the following uses permitted, <br /> unless otherwise approved by the Town of Dunkirk: <br /> a. Year round dog training and dog competition events utilizing shotguns and pistols with <br /> blank loads and typically 3040%of the time using shotguns with live shot loads for the <br /> purposes of training dogs. <br /> b. Dog training c .tion events utilizing dead and live birds per current State <br /> of Wisconsin Dew**onskuad Resources requirements. <br /> c.Competitive (typically a maximum of eight trammel events) which will be <br /> open to the public. <br /> d.Private club events which will be held for the purpose of dog training or competition. <br /> - a.Deg training and dog nOnipetitimas will only be held during daylight hours. <br /> f Typically a mom.um of hundred it twenty (120)vehicles will be parked on the <br /> subject lands for any given single evert at one time. <br /> 3.
