The amendment is as follows: <br /> that condition #1 be removed entirely and that condition #2, that is "Attached agreement <br /> to be signed by both Town Chair&Clerk and Retriever Club President&Secretary be part <br /> of the Condition of Town Approval" be the only condition placed on the zoning petition by <br /> the Town Board. <br /> Please make the change to conditions, inserting the new language.
