FOR: Hunting and shooting preserve. EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT 3/23/02 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS : Part of the NW 1/4 and NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 Section 29, Town of Dunkirk described as follows : Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northwest quarter; thence West along the North line of said quarter Section 1143 . 6 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence South 1313 . 27 feet more or less to the intersection with the South line of the N 1/2 NW 1/4; thence West to the West line of said quarter section; thence North to the Northwest corner of said quarter section and the centerline of Hauge Road; thence East along said center line to the point of beginning of said parcel . THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals comfort or general welfare . 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district .
