DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7003 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunkirk. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the RE-1 Recreational District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 7003/1453 Part of the NW 1/4 and NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 Section 29, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northwest quarter; thence West along the North line of said quarter Section 1143.6 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence South 1313.27 feet more or less to the intersection with the South line of the N 1/2 NW 1/4; thence West to the West line of said quarter section; thence North to the Northwest corner of said quarter section and the centerline of Hauge Road; thence East along said center line to the point of beginning of said parcel. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: 1. A signed and approved agreement between the Town of Dunkirk and the Madison Retriever Club limiting uses and activities. Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site.Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. \\\/ \C)C) The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
