Fee 0.00 <br /> NW114,thence West along the North line of said quarter section 1143.6 Rec. Fee 10.00 <br /> feet to the point of beginning of this description;thence South 1311.27 pages i <br /> feet more or less to the Intersection with the South line of the N1/2 of the <br /> NW1/4;thence West to the West line of said quarter section;thence <br /> North to the Northwest corner of said quarter section and the centerline 0 0 0 8 91 <br /> of Range Road;thence East along said centerline to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> IN CONSIDERATION of the Town of Dunkirk(the Town) Rena '• : Area <br /> recommending rezoning the lands hereinabove described(the parcel)from Return to: <br /> A-1 (Exclusive)to RE-1 and in pursuance of the overall policy of the Town <br /> to limit development and preserve the Town's predominant rural and Town of Dunkirk <br /> agricultural character,the Madison Retriever Club,Inc.(the Club)as owner do Donald I.Heiliger,Clerk <br /> of the parcel and the Town agree as follows: 2433 Leslie Road <br /> Stoughton,WI 53589 <br /> (1) The Club will not,by sale,lease,gift or otherwise,transfer,in whole or <br /> in part,the ownership of the parcel without first applying for and /3l 0511-292-8110-6 <br /> pursuing in good faith,the rezoning of the parcel to A-1(Exclusive). /3- 0511-292-8500-4 <br /> (Parcel ID Number) <br /> (2) Notwithstanding any permitted or conditional uses for RE-1 zoned lands <br /> enumerated in the zoning ordinance,the Club will limit its use of the <br /> parcel exclusively to the following: <br /> (a) Operation from 7:30 a.m.to sunset.. <br /> (b) Dog training and dog competition events utilizing shotguns and pistols with blank loads or,approximately 30- <br /> 50%of the time,utilizing shotguns with live shot loads for the purpose of training and testing dogs. <br /> (e) Dog training and dog competition events utilizing dead and/or live birds within any then current Wisconsin <br /> DNR requirements,restrictions and guidelines. <br /> (d) Competitive dog events not to exceed eight(8)in any twelve(12)month period,which may be open to the <br /> public and not limited to members of the Club.
