ZONING DIVISION Madison, WI 53703 Dear Mr. Reynolds, I am writing to connect with you regarding our petition#7004 for rezoning one acre of our 39.4 acre property in the Township of Medina from A-1 (Ex)to A-2 (1). Their Township Clerk, Jean Johnson, requested I let you know their deadline for receiving information from your office which will be acted upon at their August 6th meeting. I have tried to call but have been unable to reach any person or answering machine. So I thought a quick note would be a way to provide you with that information. They will be putting a deed restriction on this petition at their August 6th meeting which will be returned for Dane County's Public Hearing scheduled August 26th. Once approved at the August 26th meeting, will the petition be returned to the Township of Medina's meeting September 3rd or not until October 1st (I am a neophyte at this whole thing!)? As I understand we will be attending the Zoning and Natural Resources Committee Work/Decision Meeting on September 16th at which time the final approval goes to the Township of Medina. Is there more after this? We will not be applying for a building permit for 1-2 years but will be purchasing the land once the zoning has all been completed. Thank you very much for your assistance.
