DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7009 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the LC-1 Limited <br /> Commercial District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7009 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 17, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 17; thence N 86° 58' 48"East, 534.09 <br /> feet; thence S 24° 25' 51"East, 590.71 feet; thence S 29° 42' 51"East, 176.75 feet; <br /> thence S 12° 27' 38"East, 153.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 09° 26' 49" <br /> East, 215 feet; thence S 86° 56' 26"West, 220 feet; thence N 03° 03' 34"West, 200 feet <br /> to the South line of Dane County Certified Survey Map #3623; thence N 86° 56' 26"East <br /> along said South line 145 feet to the Southeast corner thereof; thence Northeasterly 66 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> r '<\ <br /> qk". <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
