DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7010 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vermont. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PE'I I HON NUMBER: 7010 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of the said Section 36; thence N 00° 07' 13"East <br /> along the Section line 883.69 feet; thence S 89° 20' West 137.28 feet; thence N 87° 52' <br /> 25"West 192.82 feet to the ponit of beginning; thence N 87° 52' 25"West 109.34 feet; <br /> thence N 67° 47' 47" West 251.31 feet; thence N 01° 18' East 326.39 feet to the <br /> Southerly right-of-way line of CTH J; thence N 89° 20' East along said right-of-way <br /> 335.46 feet to the Northwest corner of CSM #6029; thence S 00° 07' 13"West 429.23 <br /> feet•to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
