I'm surprised but relieved to know that the project <br /> has been completed. I'm enclosing copies of our second submittal to the DNR and their response <br /> to it. The person at the DNR who reviewed our study was Rich Vogt who is a very good <br /> hydraulics person. Paragraph 3 of his written comments says that the culvert/runway combination <br /> will not effect the 100 year flood elevation upstream. This is the whole point of performing the <br /> analysis in the first place. Hydraulically, since the flood stage will not be increased by your <br /> improvement, there is no additional permitting to required. <br /> As Rich states in his cover letter to Clark Amundsen, there may be wetland concerns, but then <br /> that's another matter. <br /> I hope to work with you again, <br /> Larry Bevic <br />
