The project site is in NW 1/4 SE <br /> 1/4 Sec. 14 , T. 6N. , R. 8E. , Dane County, Wisconsin. <br /> This work is authorized by a Department of the Army <br /> nationwide permit PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING ARE CONDUCTED AS SPECIAL <br /> CONDITIONS to this authorization: <br /> 11%"-Y ou must mitigate the .88 acre loss of wetland, either <br /> onsite or at a private wetland mitigation bank located in the <br /> State of Wisconsin. <br /> 15 If you chose to mitigate onsite for the . 88 acre of <br /> wetland loss, a wetland mitigation plan must be submitted to this <br /> office within 30 days for the above date. Wetland mitigation <br /> proposed -under this provision must be approved by our office and <br /> be accomplished within one year from the above date. <br /> 4 If you chose to mitigate for the . 88 acre of wetland <br /> loss at a private mitigation -bank, the mitigation r C e at <br /> 1.5: 1 ratio for a total of 1. 32 acres of wetland mitigation, and <br /> must be completed within 90 days from the date of this <br /> authorization. <br /> In addition to the above special conditions, the ENCLOSED <br /> CONDITIONS MUST ALSO BE FOLLOWED, AND YOU MUST OBTAIN INDIVIDUAL <br /> SECTION 401 WATER QUALITY CERTIFICATION from the Wisconsin <br /> Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) .
