DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7012 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the A-2(8) Agricultural Districts <br /> and the A-2 Agriculture Non-Wetlands District the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P.NUMBER: 7012/1451 <br /> A parcel of land, being a part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 14, Town of Verona <br /> described as follows: <br /> TO A-2 (Out of Wetlandsl: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast quarter corner of said Section 14; thence N 20°47' 53" <br /> West, 2110.64 feet to a point on the centerline of an airport runway and the point of <br /> beginning;thence S 89°31' 53"East, 95.80 feet; thence S 00°00' 28"East 82.53 feet to <br /> a line which is 125 feet Southeasterly and parallel to the centerline of an airport runway; <br /> thence S 30° 54' 09"West, .124.48 feet along said line;+thence S 55°03' 45"West, 98.39 <br /> feet to a point located about 50 feet Southeast of the Northeast corner of an existing <br /> culvert;thence continuing S 55°03' 45"West, 189.16 feet to a point located about 50 <br /> feet Southeast of the Southwest corner of an existing culvert;thence continuing S 55°03' <br /> 45"West, 323.27 feet to a line which is 125 feet Northwesterly and parallel to the <br /> centerline of an airport runway;thence,N 30° 54' 04"East 630.53 feet along said line; <br /> thence S 89° 31' 53"East, 144.97 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> A parcel of land, being a part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 15, <br /> Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> TO A-2(81: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast quarter corner of said Section 14;thence N89°28'01" <br /> West, 1774.94 feet along the South line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 14 to the point of <br /> beginning;thence N30°54'09'East, 1307.22 feet, Southeasterly and parallel to the <br /> centerline of an airport runway, to a point on the West line of Lot#1 of Certified Survey <br /> Map#2543; thence N00°00'28"West, 157.62 along said West line to the Northwesterly <br /> corner of said Lot#1 of Certified Survey Map#2543 said corner also being the Northeast <br /> corner of Lot#1 of Certified Survey Map#4268; thence S46°48'44"West, 1414.42 feet <br /> along the Northerly line of Lot#1 of Certified Survey Map#4268 to the Northwest <br /> corner of said Lot#1;thence S45°52'46"West, 44.65 feet to the Easterly existing right- <br /> of-way line of USH 18-151, thence S05°31'04"East, 278.07 feet along said existing <br /> Easterly right-of-way line to a point on the South line of the SE 1/4 of Section 14; thence <br /> S89°28'01"East, 365.27 feet along said South line to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1.The 11 conditions of approval by the Department of Natural Resources in correspondence dated January <br /> 13, 1998 and the 3 conditions of approval by the Army Corp of Engineers. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
