DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7013 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vermont. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the A-2(4) Agricultural Districts <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7013 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, and the NE 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the <br /> SW 1/4, all in Section 17, Town of Vermont described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> West quarter corner of said Section 17; thence N 66° 30' 34" East, 1515.51 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence S 67° 04' 00" East, 212.61 feet to the centerline of Ryan Road; <br /> thence S 15° 10' 30" West along said centerline, 232.43 feet; thence S 20° 14' 18" West <br /> along said centerline, 217.96 feet to the point of curvature of a 1013.78 foot radius <br /> centerline curve to the left; thence Southwesterly 168.24 feet along the arc of said <br /> centerline, curve, making a central angle of 09° 30' 30" and a long chord of 168.05 feet <br /> that bears S 15° 29' 02" West; thence S 10° 43' 48" West along said centerline, 95.01 <br /> feet to the point of curvature of a 143.89 foot radius centerline curve to the right' thence <br /> Southwesterly 151.70 feet along the arc of said centerline curve, making a central angle of <br /> 60° 24' 12" and a long chord of 144.77 feet that bears S 40° 55' 54" West; thence S 71° <br /> 08' 00" West along said centerline, 69.40 feet; thence N 85° 02' 05" West,175.00 feet <br /> thence N 20° 55' 25" East, 946.02 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED, <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. There shall be no residential development on this parcel. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and <br /> void. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning riNt` ` <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their endings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
