The Town Board consisting <br /> of 3 members voted 3 in favor of this petition with filed deed re- <br /> striction . <br /> This petition had originally been on your hearing date for <br /> September 23, 1997, but at our October l , 1997 meeting it was voted <br /> to deny by holding in abeyance until our November meeting , until we <br /> had further contact with the petitioner of this zoning action .
