The legal issue involves whether zoning <br /> conditions can dictate the internal placement of bedrooms within a <br /> duplex structure. <br /> The petitioner is requesting to rezone a .5 acre parcel to R-3A <br /> (residential). This parcel will be attached to an existing .5 acre <br /> R-3A parcel. This will satisfy the town plan requirement of 1 acre <br /> minimum lot size for residential development.
