This letter is intended to correct/clarify those <br /> issues. <br /> Petition#7016 is for a zoning change from A-1 to R3A on a lot of 1+acres for the <br /> purpose of constructing a small (one bedroom each side) duplex. <br /> Relevant facts are: <br /> This parcel is 1+ acres which meets the requirement of the Springdale <br /> township land use plan for a buildable parcel. <br /> I have Springdale Township Board approval of this CSM and of the Zoning <br /> Change. The Board has unanimously recommended this petition for <br /> approval. <br /> I have a State-approved two-bedroom septic site on this property. <br /> A floorplan for the proposed building is attached. <br /> The proposed building would utilize the foundation of the existing building, <br /> a conventionally-framed workshop. <br /> I own the existing parcel/building next door to this property which is zoned <br /> R3A and has a duplex on it. <br /> 4 <br />
