DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7021 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunn. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the CO-1 Conservancy District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7021 <br /> Part of Lot #1, Dane County Certified Survey Map #7570, located in the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 <br /> and the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 14, Town of Dunn described as follows: Commencing <br /> at the Southwest corner of said Section 14; thence N 00° 20' 07" East along the West line <br /> of the Southwest quarter of said Section 14, 669.81 feet; thence S 88° 59' 03" East 33.00 <br /> feet to the East right-of-way line of Dyreson Road and the point of beginning; thence N <br /> 00° 20' 07" East along said East right-of-way line, 368.68 feet; thence N 83° 52' 31" <br /> East, 600.93 feet; thence S 74° 04' 27" East, 143.11 feet; thence N 88° 30' 20" East, <br /> 466.21 feet; thence N 12° 15' 01" West, 336.58 feet; thence N 79° 22' 22" East, 189.96 <br /> feet to the East line of said Lot 31; thence S 00° 27' 18" West along said East line 792.92 <br /> feet to the South line of said Lot #1; thence N 88° 59' 03" West alcng said South line <br /> 1312.52 feet to the East right-of-way line of Dyreson Road and the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
