DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7021 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunn. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the CO-1 Conservancy District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7021 Part of Lot #1, Dane County Certified Survey Map #7570, located in the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 14, Town of Dunn described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 14; thence N 00° 20' 07" East along the West line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 14, 669.81 feet; thence S 88° 59' 03" East 33.00 feet to the East right-of-way line of Dyreson Road and the point of beginning; thence N 00° 20' 07" East along said East right-of-way line, 368.68 feet; thence N 83° 52' 31" East, 600.93 feet; thence S 74° 04' 27" East, 143.11 feet; thence N 88° 30' 20" East, 466.21 feet; thence N 12° 15' 01" West, 336.58 feet; thence N 79° 22' 22" East, 189.96 feet to the East line of said Lot 31; thence S 00° 27' 18" West along said East line 792.92 feet to the South line of said Lot #1; thence N 88° 59' 03" West alcng said South line 1312.52 feet to the East right-of-way line of Dyreson Road and the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
