Petition <br /> To Deny Dane County Zoning Request #7017 <br /> The Dane County residents signing below hereby petition the Dane <br /> County Zoning Committee and the Dane County Board to deny zon- <br /> ing request # 7017 for A2(1) zoning since: <br /> 1) This zoning category allows for future requests for Conditional Use Permits, in this <br /> case a stated future use for a dog kennel, which is unacceptable to the undersigned. <br /> 2) This is a rapidly urbanizing residential area and road; the direction for Village of <br /> Mazomanie expansion, proximate to a current/large residential development, existing <br /> proximate residential use, recent Village annexation of the petitioner's land to the <br /> North, and a substantial number of residential zonings by the Town of Black Earth on <br /> Reeve Road. <br /> 3) The noise and traffic factor of any future Conditional Use business operation <br /> allowed under A2(1) would adversely affect the residential character of the area and <br /> quality of life for existing and future residents, in addition to adversely affecting proper- <br /> ty values of all landowners on the road. <br /> 4) There is a more appropriate zoning category that allows for a residential home with <br /> an in-home dog grooming business as a home occupation, R1.1) <br /> Name Municipality Date <br /> Reel":kb .-- /-077 (17?— <br /> Arts.e i•• eev Z ' <br /> I <br />
