DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7019 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes and <br /> A-B Agri-Business District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7019 <br /> A part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Blue Mounds described as follows: <br /> TO RH-3: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 9; thence S 00° <br /> 02' 40"West along the East line of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4, 1367.80 feet; thence N 89° 57' <br /> 20"West, 522.45 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 39° 00' 32"West, 707.77 feet; <br /> thence S 33° 46' 14"West, 150.86 feet; thence N 53° 26' 17"West, 88.21 feet; thence S <br /> 37° 06' 35"West, 127.19 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of CTH ID; thence N <br /> 49° 21' 56"West along said right-of-way line, 443.37 feet; thence N 43° 43' 54"East, <br /> 751.60 feet; thence S 77°42' 45"West, 505.43 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> A part of the SE 1/ of Section 9, Town of Blue Mounds described as follows: <br /> TO A-B- encing at the North quarter corner of said Section 9; thence S 00° 02' <br /> 40" ong the East line of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4, 1367.80 feet; thence N 89° 57' 20" <br /> t, 522.45 feet; thence S 39° 00' 32" West, 707.77 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence S 58° 39' 42"East, 380.47 feet; thence S 43° 51' 56"West, 345.01 feet to the <br /> Northerly right-of-way line of CTH ID; thence N 49° 21' 56"West along said right-of- <br /> way line, 418.17 feet; thence N 37° 06' 35"East, 127.19 feet; thence S 53° 26' 17"East, <br /> 88.21 feet; thence N 33° 46' 14"East, 150.86 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
