DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7018 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Burke. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include in the RH-1 and RH-2 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7018 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4, and part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 25, Town of <br /> Burke described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 25; thence S 00° <br /> West, 2350 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence S 70° West, 150 feet more <br /> or less; thence N 20° West, 193.34 feet; thence N 70° East, 600 feet more or less to the <br /> Southwesterly right-of-way of Thorson Road; thence S 26° East along said right-of-way <br /> 206.05 feet; thence S 70° West, 485.4 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 25; thence S 00° <br /> West, 2060 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence N 70° East 340 feet to the <br /> Southwesterly right-of-way of Thorson Road; thence S 26° East along said right-of-way <br /> 66 feet; thence S 70° West, 600 feet more or less; thence S 20° East, 105 feet more or <br /> less; thence S 64° West, 704.27 feet to the South line of said Northwest quarter; thence S <br /> 90° West along said South line, 492.7 feet to the West line of said SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; <br /> thence N 00° East along said West line 65.4 feet; thence N 70° East, 1466 feet more or <br /> less to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
