We withdraw the request for rezoning of a 5 acre parcel from A-1 to <br /> RH-2. This parcel was turned down by the town of Montrose at this <br /> time and the Christensen have agreed to drop and delete it from this <br /> request. <br /> 2. We amend the request for a 6 acre parcel to RH-2 to be 20 acres and <br /> zoned A-2. We now have an offer to purchase contract for 20 acres to <br /> a person who would like to board their own as well as other horses. I <br /> understand that this is the correct zoning for this purpose. The town of <br /> Montrose has voted approval of this zoning purpose and change on <br /> November 7, 1995. This property includes the existing house,barn, <br /> machine shed,loafing shed,and crop/pasture land. Please note that <br /> there is an existing house for this parcel and no new houses requested. <br /> 3. We are returning a previously RH-4 zone land to A-1,approximately <br /> 10 acres. <br /> Please see attached preliminary survey map.
