I <br /> am writing to express my objection to part of zoning <br /> petition 46418 by Kelly Jo Fisher and Kurt Christianson at <br /> 7890 Schaller Road, section 06, Montrose. <br /> We are not able to attend the October 10 public hearing due <br /> to the arrival of our first child. I hope that you will <br /> please read this letter or speak for us at the meeting. <br /> Also unable to attend are my next-door neighbors Frank and <br /> Alice Wing (7861 Schaller) . They asked me to include thei r <br /> objection in this letter since they cannot be there due to a <br /> medical operation scheduled for October 11 . <br /> We are agreeable to re-combining the house and farm <br /> buildings at the end of Schaller road. Re-zoning the field <br /> north of Schaller to A-1 EX is OK, too. <br /> Our objection lies with the proposed changes to rural <br /> housing. This land essentially surrounds our properties . <br /> The attached map has a portion marked R_2 that appears to <br /> include an area for a road or future easement _ Equipment <br /> has already been in this area moving brush out of the way_ <br /> I left an answering machine message wits Kurt Christianson <br /> inquiring about this but did not get a call back. <br /> We moved to this location and township because of the quiet, <br /> rural lifestyle it has to offer. The primarily A-1 EX <br /> zoning was a major reason for our move. This change would <br /> bring new homes, construction and traffic to a quiet, dead <br /> end road. Chris and I are very happy where we live and want <br /> to raise our child in the same rural neighborhood we 've <br /> enjoyed.
