DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6417 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Dunkirk <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to <br /> include in the A-2 (2) Agriculture District/s the following <br /> described land: <br /> Pet. #6417 : <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 and SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 9, Town of <br /> Dunkirk described as follows: Beginning at the Northwesterly <br /> corner Lot #1, Certified Survey Map #3280, document #1637205 and <br /> recorded in Volume 13 of Dane County, Certified Surveys on Page 10; <br /> thence N 00° 15' 54" East, 393. 14 feet; thence S 89° 48' 47" West, <br /> 91 .36 feet; thence along the arc of a curve concaved Northwesterly <br /> having a radius of 580. 00 feet and a long chord bearing S 44° 30' <br /> 33" West, a distance of 448 . 06 feet; thence S 67° 20' 55" West, <br /> 175.47 feet; thence along the arc of a curve concaved Southeasterly <br /> having a radius of 660. 00 feet and a long chord bearing S 66° 45' <br /> 37" West, a distance of 13.55 feet; thence N 89° 55' 56" East, <br /> 330. 55 feet; thence S 89° 49' 13" East, 247 . 48 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the • <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1 . The only use to be allowed in this A-2 (2) parcel is for cemetary <br /> use. <br />
