Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1287 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMLMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255(2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Limited family business - auto detailing and tractor <br /> reconditioning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 4/2/96 EXPIRATION DATE: See below <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 22, Town of Christiana described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 22, Town <br /> of Christiana. Thence Westerly along said Section line 1310.4 feet <br /> to point of beginning, which is also the Northeast corner of the NW <br /> 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 22; thence Southerly along said 1/4 1/4 line <br /> 1284.3 feet to the Southeast corner of NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 22; <br /> thence Westerly 978 feet along the South line of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 <br /> of Section 22; thence Northerly 1280.4 feet an parallel with the W <br /> 1/4 lline of the NE 1/4 of Section 22, to the North line of said <br /> Section 22, thence Easterly along said Section line 1004 .4 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . The site shall be limited to no more than 4 customer vehicles <br /> at any one time. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br />
