The policy concern expressed in the public hearing comments was with <br /> the number of parcels being created. A revised map has been prepared indicating that the RH-4 <br /> parcel would be the location for a new house. The RH-3 zoning to the east is for a remnant <br /> parcel, since land to the north of the highway was sold to DNR, and some of their previous <br /> acreage was sold to DOT for highway right-of-way.
