i <br /> Item #5 . <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6426 <br /> Amending Section 10 . 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Perry <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Perry be amended to include <br /> in the RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> Pet . #6426: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 and SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 24, Town of <br /> Perry described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest quarter of <br /> said Section 24; thence N 00° 11 ' 09" West along the West line of <br /> said Section 24, 1270. 50 feet to the point of beginning; thence N <br /> 00° 11 ' 09" West, 838 . 03 feet; thence S 85° 37 ' 11" East, 233 . 17 <br /> feet; thence along an arc of a curve to the left having a radius of <br /> 1964 . 86 feet, a long chord subtended bearing N 87° 28 ' 06" East, <br /> 465. 48 feet; thence N 81° 49' 50" East, 449. 57 feet; thence S 00° <br /> 29 ' 11" East, 900 . 98 feet; thence S 89° 48 ' 51" West, 577 . 47 feet; <br /> thence N 09° 31 ' 00" East, 853. 00 feet; thence S 81° 49' 50" West, <br /> 16 . 39 feet; thence along an arc of a curve to the right having a <br /> radius of 1964 . 86 feet and a long chord subtended bearing S 81° 26' <br /> 18" West, 53 . 00 feet; thence S 09° 31 ' 00" West, 842 . 86 feet; <br /> thence S 89° 48 ' 51" West 503 . 04 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds . Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br />
