As a result of reviewing the info, I put together the summary below,which leads me to hope that a standard <br /> zoning permit application is all that's needed for the permits for the sign changes. <br /> Requested scope of work in Fall,2015 <br /> 1) On both the north and south elevations: Remove existing wall signs reading"Capital City Harley-Davidson" <br /> (these are illuminated channel letters)and replace with illuminated channel letters reading"Harley-Davidson of <br /> Madison". The new letters will be the same height as the existing(30")and 32'-11" in width. The width of the <br /> proposed letters is less than the existing"Capital City Harley-Davidson",which is 49'-6" per the permit info you <br /> provided. <br /> 2) On the south elevation: Change the face color of the wall sign reading"Service"from the existing cream to <br /> orange. This is a face change, no change in size of the letters. <br /> 3) On two of the four sides of the building's tower(east&west): Remove the existing faces reading"Buell" and <br /> replace with new faces reading"Madison".
